Robin E. Rosenberg, President of the GARNER Historic District, was appointed by Governor Kathleen Hochul (then Lt. Gov.) to the New York State Mid-Hudson Regional Economic Development Council in February, 2019. As a council member, Ms. Rosenberg will, in conjunction with other council members, continue to help transform New York State’s economy and assist in promoting bottom-up, community-driven economic development in the Mid-Hudson Valley region.
