BOOK A VENUE

- In addition to the use of the space on the day of your event, we provide you access to the space the day prior to your event for set up and a day afterwards for breakdown.
- We provide a maintenance staff person to be on hand throughout the event
- Garbage disposal

- We provide you the flexibility to use whatever catering company, tables & setup company, photography, DJ, etc of your choice.
- We do have a preferred vendors list available upon request.

DyeWorks Square, Creekside Trail, Bates Alley, Brick Alley can be used for photos, gatherings, ceremonies, cocktail hour, etc.
- Hudson’s Mill Tavern is available to be used as a caterer for your event. Industrial Arts Brewing Company is available to cater craft beer. Stack Street Coffee Roasters is available to cater your coffee needs directly or via Hudson’s Mill.
- Hudson’s Mill Tavern and Industrial Arts Brewing Company may be available for after-parties or cocktail hour.
Yes. If you need referrals, we maintain a list of recommended vendors.
- At this time we do not have a catering kitchen or prep kitchen but we are developing one for the future. In the meantime, pipe and drape may be used to cordon off any service area.
- Sternos and warming ovens are allowed.

The lighting add-ons include branch lights and string lights. Reach out to the Management Office for more information.

Curated artwork (for 2 southside and DyeWorks) is $200 for 4-8 peices. Speak with the Management team to add these onto your rental.
We require a special event policy along with insurance certificates from all vendors listing Garnerville Holding Company as additionally insured.
If the event has 150 or more people, we require the use of valet and/or shuttle service.
There are certain spots outside where grills are allowed. Grills are not permitted indoors in any spaces.
We require a 50% deposit and a signed contract to reserve a space.
